Registration!
Registration begins on January 2, 2024 for campers going into 1st grade through 7th grade! A deposit for each week is required upon registration. An invoice will be sent with the remaining balance, with the total tuition due by May 24, 2024. Please note, all deposits are non-refundable.

How Old Does My Child Have to Be to Attend?
We accept campers who are going into 1st grade through 7th grade! For younger campers, check out our Camp Magnolia Junior!
Do You Accept Counselors in Training?
Yes! Campers who have "aged out" of our program can return at a discounted rate and become Counselors in Training! We accept CITs who are entering 9th Grade through 12th Grade. However, our Counselors in Training are treated the same as our regular counselors and held to the same standard. We expect them to help where needed, remain proactive with the younger campers, and be a positive role model at all times. CITs who do not meet expectations could be asked to leave and not return.
Does My Child Have to Swim on Swim Days?
Not at all! There are games and other activities to do at the pool for those who do not want to swim! However, to use the diving board and/or swim in the deep end of the pool, campers MUST passed both the pool's test as well as Camp Magnolia's test. We will keep track of those who pass the test!
Can Parents Attend Field Trips?
While we would never say "no", parents who attend must provide their own transportation and pay their way, unless otherwise noted. Some of our bigger field trips, we will request parent chaperones!
Can I Change My Days or Weeks?
You are more than welcome to change the number of days or scheduled weeks up until May 24, 2024. However, once final tuition has been paid, you can longer make changes to your schedule. Also, please note, the required $25/week deposit per child is non-refundable.
When Does Camp Begin and End?
Camp Magnolia - New Hanover begins on Monday, June 3, 2024 and runs through Friday, August 16, 2024.
Camp Magnolia - Skippack begins on Monday, June 17, 2024 and runs through Friday, August 23, 2024.
Both camps are CLOSED on Thursday, July 4, 2024 and Friday, July 5, 2024.
